The ST Net–Apptis FirstSource Joint Venture Team (SAF–T) was founded to effectively serve DHS as a small business partner through the FirstSource procurement. The joint venture has been approved under the SBA 8(a) Mentor-Protégé program, and entitles clients to take the full small business credit.
